SharmiesPlace Family Day Care provides high quality family based care to needing families. I offer affordable quality child care, not only for work related care but for any reason, particularly for those families without local support networks. I believe in the rights of all families to have access to a quality home based child care service which is responsive and respectful, meeting the needs of each individual family and child as best I can.

I have a strong commitment and responsibility not only to the development of the child, but also the personal and professional development of Family Day Carers and co-ordination unit staff.

I see Family Day Care being a place of support and referral for both educators and families registered with the service.
